This one in a rare coloured action rather than engraved.

29 1/2” Damascus barrels with much of the brown still evident, engine turned rib engraved “John Dickson and Son, Princess Street, Edinburgh" - "2".

Proofed at .729 measuring .733/.734
Minor mark in the left bore of little relevance.


Bright action, colour case hardening worn, banner engraved “John Dickson and Son”
Dickson patent ejector system.
Number 240 of the round action patent.
Gold cocking indicators.
Rocker safety with engraved “Safe”.
Blued trigger guard with serial engraving.

Original Walnut stock at 14 3/8” length of pull,
Straight hand grip with original chequering
Cast at 3/8” with cheek scallop
