Description

A superb custom Armalon PR Rifle in .308 calibre.
This is an Armalon Rifle with a difference – it’s built on a Remington 40XBR action, this is the action out of Remington’s custom shop and greatly favoured by the American military and custom rifle builders when building sniper and other precision rifles. The action has been trued and the bolt handle modified by Armalon.
The rifle has been re-barrelled by Border Barrels with a fluted heavy stainless barrel with cut rifling, it has been conditioned by them at further expense and has shot very few rounds since. It has the benefit of an Armalon muzzle brake that is easily removed if required.
The stock is an H-S Precision Tactical model of carbon kevlar reinforced construction around a full-length aluminium bedding block, it’s fully adjustable featuring a height adjustable cheek-piece and butt for length. It has an Anschutz rail with an Armalon forward support handle fitted which can be easily adjustable for position or removed. The original H-S Precision 'Scout' stock is also provided.
The scope is a Leupold Vari X III 4.5-14x40 with a long sunshade and flip-up caps, adjustment is in .25 MOA clicks with target turrets, side parallax adjustment and duplex reticle. The excellent mounts and rings are Nightforce.
A Harris S bipod and black webbing sling are also included in this very comprehensive package together with 4 x OEM 20 round magazines.
