Holland & Holland 12 gauge Boxlock Ejector (Game Fixed Choke)

Description

Good original condition 12 bore Holland and Holland side by side fixed choke game gun. Oil finished straight hand stock that has been extended with a well matched 1 1/2" wooden stock extension, the stock is accompanied by a slim matching game style forend with blued push rod release catch surrounded by a colour hardened forend tip. Colour case hardened boxlock action retaining a large amount of original factory colour, each side of the action has been engraved with the H&H motif surrounded by floral scroll work. The action is set alongside a pair of swift handling 28" fixed choke barrels of which both bores are in excellent condition showing no signs of pitting or damage. The bores measure well in terms of proof and wall thickness no less than 24thou. The top of the barrels have been engraved with the words 'shot & regulated by Holland & Holland' with the Bruton Street address.
