Evans, William 20 gauge (Sidelock)

Description

A rare and very little used pair of period William Evans 20 bore side by sides, these guns date from 1926 and are in sensational condition still retaining a large amount of their colour and boasting excellent wall thickness'. The 28" barrels are choked 1/4 and 3/4, and are chambered 2 1/2". The beautifully figured 14 1/2" stocks have cheek pieces set into them and gold ovals. These guns only weigh 5lbs 7oz making them the perfect ladies or walked up gun, for some one looking for a reasonably priced pair of 20 bore period light weight London side locks you will struggle to do any better than this.

Come complete with makers leather case.
