Webley .177 Junior

Description

From referencing Dennis Hillier’s superb book on air pistols, this particular Pre-Owned Webley Junior air pistol was manufactured around 1946-1950, and called the series 2. It doesn’t have the extended top portion of the grips, making it more than likely from the mid portion of these dates as they changed the design in the late 40’s and extended the top of the grips. It has the original smooth bore barrel; a lot of these were changed for the later rifled longer barrel on the Junior MKII and this one has luckily escaped that fate. The grips are in superb condition, with no chips or cracks visible and the letter Y is stamped for the inspection mark.
