Good condition. Comes with mod, threaded at 1/2 inch UNF. Retains iron sights. Marks and scratches consistent with age and use. Standard 11-14mm dovetail scope rail fitted. There are dings in the stock which are also pictured. The end cap which is normally held in by a screw is now held on by partly sticky glue which stops it from falling off, however this does pull off when needed. Removing the end cap screw is a common thing for people to do as the screw normally pulls the end of the stock up to the barrel affecting accuracy.
