Gibbs, George 12 gauge Sidelock Ejector

George Gibbs of Wiltshire 12g SxS. A family run business of 183 years still in existence and still making fine guns and rifles. Lovely straight grained and nicely figured stock ( cast for centre vision ) with chequred heel plate. There is a repair to the top left horn. Drop points leading into a a sidelock action that is engraved all over the locks, action trigger guard and onto the barrel with fine rose and scroll work. Safety catch has gold inlay safe. Barrels are good condition with no pitting or marks. the blueing is still rich all over.
