Coombe Farm Sporting is a temporary home to a huge range of guns,
ammunition, shooting clothing, and accessories located in the
the beautiful countryside of Crewkerne, Somerset.
Coombe Farm Sporting, established in August 2015 is a premium gun room that has been transformed from what was an Old Pump House to a newly reformed gun shop. The gun shop is located amongst acres of organic farmland that produce award-winning pork, beef and lamb to surrounding towns and villages.
The gun room is managed by Julian Fairburn and his fun and friendly gun room assistants, Steve and Rob.
The service this team provides is a service like no other. They are ALWAYS willing to help with any query that you might have, whether it be information about a gun, chokes or just general curiosity they will help in any way they can.
Coombe Farm Sporting offer a great range of services such as gun fit, adjustments and custom work on your Blaser guns all within the gun shop. Rob Speed has explained that gun fit is “essential” in the eyes of Coombe Farm, and it ensures you get the best out of your shooting.
Due to the team’s expert knowledge and experience in the trade, they are able to provide gunsmith services in the shop premises. Therefore, it saves you from paying extra for transfer fees to a gunsmith, and if it’s a minor adjustment you can enjoy the entertainment that the gentlemen offer you for free. Bonus!

Furthermore, they do have many others brands in stock but if there’s something they don’t have they will go above and beyond to find whatever it is you’d like. This can be done on their clay ground which is located all within the same location and therefore there’s no need to travel elsewhere.
Additionally, Coombe Farm Sporting have a great range of ammunition, optics, clothing, shooting accessories and footwear available to view in store. They currently sell popular ammunition brands such as Eley, Hull, and Gamebore for all of your shotgun cartridges. The Coombe Farm Diary
In addition to the above, Coombe Farm Sporting host a variety of shoot days throughout the clay season. These said events are all based on the Coombe Farm Estate which is easily accessible for all types of vehicles. Although Coombe Farm Sporting don’t allow the ground to be used for general pay and play practice their shoot days are a way of making up for this.
